Ian Daley appointed as Chief Digital Information Officer.
Ian is a digital transformation leader and senior director experienced in defining and driving fast paced technology enabled change programmes at scale, within digital media, publishing, education, & medcomms.
Prior to joining CSG, Ian was responsible for shaping and building growth capability within market leading organisations including Daily Mail Group, Pearson, TSO, & Financial Times.
As CDIO, in addition to ensuring robust technical service delivery, Ian is focused on optimising customer journeys, exploiting data to unlock value, process automation, and product innovation.
