We are pleased to announce that we have been bestowed with the Bronze Kent and Medway Workplace Wellbeing Award, in recognition of our unwavering commitment to ‘Embedding a Healthy Workplace.’ This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff in creating a positive and healthy work environment.

The Kent and Medway Workplace Wellbeing Award is a highly-regarded program that supports organisations in addressing their workplace health needs. Through a series of pledges and actions, workplaces are evaluated and awarded at four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The assessment process is rigorous and takes into consideration various aspects of workplace health, including employee engagement, physical and mental health support, and overall organisational culture.

Our Bronze award is a reflection of the policies and support services that are already in place within our organisation. It highlights our dedication to supporting our staff and acknowledges the strong foundation we have established to prioritise their wellbeing. This includes the formation of our Wellbeing Group, the implementation of a recent staff survey, and the creation of a Wellbeing Action Plan. The Wellbeing Group is a dedicated team of employees who are committed to promoting and advancing the wellbeing of our staff. The recent staff survey and the Wellbeing Action Plan were instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and creating strategies to address them.

We are committed to continuous improvement and are excited to take the next step in our journey to a Silver Award in 2023. We will focus on the areas identified for improvement in our recent Staff Wellbeing Survey and continue to strive for excellence in workplace health.
